Please carefully read these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this site. By accessing and using this site you agree to these terms of use.
Betrust SA reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this Site.
You agree that all legal communications and notices are send to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.
Use of the Site
You are granted permission for this site and its contents to visit and use for the purpose of uploading, signing and archiving of documents.
You agree to this site in a responsible way to use in full compliance with these Terms of Use and with your local laws and regulations. Without limitation, no part of the contents as a trademark or service mark used for any unlawful use, to make the damage to a person for violating the right to privacy or publicity, to compromise a copy right, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use this site to produce products that are offensive, illegal, threatening, injurious, obscene, or otherwise objectionable may be making. Betrust NV is entitled to its service to customers who Mail2Pay to use to stop unwanted activity.
You are solely responsible for the content of the uploaded documents. You agree that you do not use text, image, design, trademark, or any copyrighted work of third party in your Products unless you have the proper authorization of the owner. You warrant that your uploaded documents not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trade mark, rights of publicity or privacy, and you'll not infringe the rights of another party.
You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your account. You agree that you are responsible for all uploaded documents through your account and all actions that occur under your account.
You agree that if you don't have enough credits (less than zero) for more than 5 days, Betrust is authorized to block the access your account. You can regain access to your account when you re-purchase credits so your credit balance is 50 EUR or more (positive). During those 5 days Betrust NV will daily send you a mail with a warning that the number of credits is negative. If you have a negative balance (less than zero) for 12 months or more, Betrust is authorized to close the account and destroy all related data.
Indemnification
You agree that you shall indemnify Betrust NV and its Board of Directors, management, and employees against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses and will defend indemnification, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising from or relating to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising out of or relating to any text, picture, image, graphic material in your uploaded documents processed.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OPERATION OF THE SITE MAY NOT BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. REFERENCES AND LINKS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF INDEPENDENT COMPANIES MAY APPEAR ON THE SITE. Betrust NV is based in Aartselaar (2630), Antwerp and all transactions take place via Betrust NV servers which are located in Belgium. Issues related to the protection, infringement, or abuse of copyrighted material is subject to the copyright laws of Belgium. All other matters relating to your access to or use of this site is subject to the laws of Belgium. You agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the laws of Belgium and agree that a ruling by the court in Belgium in some cases will be accepted as valid.
